How It Works

• 3-Year Coverage: If visible black algae streaks return on your treated asphalt shingles within three (3) years of your service date, we will return and spot-treat the affected areas at zero cost to you.

• 100% Satisfaction: We don't collect final payment until the job is done and you are completely satisfied with the results.

Warranty Terms & Details

To ensure long-lasting protection and fairness, our 3-Year Warranty is subject to the following standard conditions:

1. Full-Roof Cleanings Only

• This warranty applies exclusively to full-roof cleanings.

• Partial cleanings (such as front-only or single-slope cleanings) are excluded because untreated sections contain active algae spores that will quickly cross-contaminate the freshly cleaned areas.

2. Environmental & Roof Maintenance

• Tree Trimming: Overhanging tree branches must be kept trimmed back at least 6 feet from the roofline. Excess shade and contact with foliage promote rapid organic growth.

• Debris Removal: Gutters and roof valleys must be kept free of heavy accumulation, standing water, and organic debris (leaves, needles, twigs).

3. Moss & Lichen Weathering Process

• Heavy moss and lichen are killed instantly during our soft-wash application, but they rely on natural rain and sun exposure to loosen and slough off over time. The gradual, natural shedding process of dead organic matter is a normal phase of soft washing and is not considered new growth under this warranty.

4. Coverage Exclusions

• This warranty specifically covers black algae streaks (Gloeocapsa magma).

• It does not cover rust stains, artillery fungus, leaf/chemical fallout, active roof leaks, structural shingle defects, or growth caused by runoff from untreated higher surfaces.

• Coverage applies solely to the original property owner at the time of service.
